How do I track my order?
When your order is dispatched you will be sent a Tracking number
What does delivery cost?
URBAN DELIVERY $9
Flat rate of $9 for delivery NZ wide, including track and trace.

RURAL DELIVERY $13.50 Flat rate of $13.50 for rural delivery orders, this is also a tracked service.

CLICK & COLLECT (INSTORE PICK UP) $0Pick your order up instore and pay no processing fee. Simply select pick up instead of delivery at checkout.
How long do I have to return and item
You have 14 days to return or exhange and item.
Can I return an item that doesn't fit
Yes. We offer store credits, if you receive your item and decide you don't like it. As long as it is in the original condition with attached tags we can make a smooth return.
Local Pickup
When can I collect my order?
You will recieve a confirmation email and then your items are available for pick up within 24hours of recieving the email.
Please don't arrive instore without recieveing a comfirmation email
